We are looking for a skilled Market Maker for our crypto projects across Base, Ethereum, and Solana networks.
What You Will Do
- โขDevelop buyback strategies for launches: volumes, timing, feasibility
- โขAnalyze competitor launches: what worked, what didn't, what can be repeated
- โขAssess the feasibility of specific buybacks โ when to enter, when to skip
- โขPlan supply implementation: how and at what pace to introduce to the market
- โขProvide input for software improvements - what to tweak for more effective launches
- โขCalculate launch economics: entry, expected return, risks
How We Work
- โขStart with a trial period and limited volume, scaling based on results
- โขTransparent reporting on each buyback and implementation - Trial period of 3-4 launches.
Payment Format
- โข5% to 10% of launch profits + possible fixed payment when launches are fewer
Requirements
- โขExperience in token launches with specific proofs - what you launched, with what results
- โขDeep understanding of launch mechanics on pump.fun / EVM
- โขAwareness: understanding what is currently trending and why
- โขAbility to read on-chain data - wallets, flows, behavior of other teams and snipers
- โขUnderstanding what is necessary for organic growth and what should not be present
- โขUnderstanding of launch software: bundles, anti-snipe, execution - to set tasks for development
