Overview
Seeking a Marketing Analyst for an international Crypto MFIs project to analyze customer behavior and identify growth opportunities for repeat loans and LTV. We are looking for an analyst for an international Crypto MFIs project who will work with the secondary customer base.
What you'll do
- •Analyze re-credits and repeat loans by cohorts and customer segments.
- •Research customer behavior between loans and identify churn points.
- •Determine segments where repayment is declining and investigate reasons.
- •Segment the customer base for different mechanics: standard communication, promotions, special offers, and conditions.
- •Analyze the impact of rates, credit products, promotions, and other mechanics on LTV and repeat loans.
- •Formulate and calculate hypotheses for reactivating the 'stagnant' base.
- •Pass segments to Retention / CRM / Call Center and evaluate results.
- •Analyze tests: CR, additional loans, income, changes in LTV.
- •Monitor secondary base metrics and quickly identify declines.
