## What you'll do
- •Lead the marketing analytics function: set priorities, build analytical processes, develop tools, and manage a team of analysts
- •Evaluate performance across brands, regions, countries, and traffic sources
- •Support marketing experiments end-to-end: from hypothesis design to results interpretation
- •Collaborate with other teams to develop and maintain multi-touch attribution (MTA) models
- •Collaborate with the BI team to build dashboards, automate reporting and streamline decision making
- •Analyze data from advertising platforms and internal systems to uncover growth opportunities
- •Present findings and actionable insights to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements
- •4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, including at least 1 year in a lead or senior analyst role
- •Proven experience managing a team, setting goals, prioritizing work, and developing talent
- •Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations
- •Advanced proficiency in statistics, specifically in causal inference methods
- •Proficiency in SQL
- •Hands-on experience with marketing data platforms (AppsFlyer, GA4, etc.)
- •Deep understanding of user acquisition funnels, attribution logic, and performance marketing metrics
- •Fluency in Russian and English
