## What you'll do

  • Lead the marketing analytics function: set priorities, build analytical processes, develop tools, and manage a team of analysts

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, including at least 1 year in a lead or senior analyst role
  • Proven experience managing a team, setting goals, prioritizing work, and developing talent
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations
  • Advanced proficiency in statistics, specifically in causal inference methods
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Hands-on experience with marketing data platforms (AppsFlyer, GA4, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of user acquisition funnels, attribution logic, and performance marketing metrics
  • Fluency in Russian and English
