## What you'll do

  • Own the marketing of exclusive collections with contemporary printmakers from positioning to execution.
  • Build strong relationships with artists and coordinate joint content and announcements.
  • Develop a repeatable launch playbook.
  • Manage Meta, Google, and emerging paid social accounts.
  • Drive CAC down while scaling spend.
  • Own email, segmentation, and the full post-purchase journey.
  • Shape the editorial voice and content program.
  • Build organic search into a meaningful acquisition channel.
  • Develop the brand story and grow an organic presence on social media.
  • Build the measurement stack and report to the business.
  • Identify and hire the team needed to support growth.

Requirements

  • Multi-channel DTC marketing execution.
  • Strong commercial instincts.
  • Hands-on ability in paid ad platforms and email/CRM tools.
  • Taste and craft in creative briefing.
  • Comfortable working with artists and external partners.
  • Analytical rigor and dashboard creation.
  • Strong point of view and ability to challenge briefs.
  • 4–6 years in a senior IC marketing role with ownership of growth outcomes.
  • DTC or ecommerce background.
  • Experience running paid social and lifecycle programs.
  • Bonus: experience in art, design, premium lifestyle, or interiors.
  • Bonus: familiarity with Shopify and modern DTC tools.
  • Bonus: experience managing agencies or direct reports.
