Responsibilities

  • Support product releases: plan marketing, gather activity plans, coordinate execution, and achieve results.
  • SMM (Twitter/X): regular posts, announcements of partnerships and product launches, packaging messages for the audience.
  • Partnerships and collaborations: find relevant partners and influencers, initiate and launch joint activities.
  • Work with news hooks: track hype, trends, new tokens/narratives, and quickly launch activities based on current demand.
  • Analytics and improvements: analyze campaign results, draw conclusions, and enhance future launches.

  • Ability to write concisely and to the point (especially for Twitter/X) and adapt tone to format/audience.
  • Ability to work in fast cycles: idea → preparation → launch → metrics → iteration.
  • Independence: can take a task from scratch and bring it to completion, synchronizing with the team and contractors as needed.

Preferred

  • Experience in digital marketing (content, community, performance/paid, PR, email/CRM, any mechanics that enhance launches).
  • Experience working with influencers/partnerships: negotiations, agreements, integration control.
