- •Work with news hooks: track hype, trends, new tokens/narratives, and quickly launch activities based on current demand.
- •Analytics and improvements: analyze campaign results, draw conclusions, and enhance future launches.

- •Ability to write concisely and to the point (especially for Twitter/X) and adapt tone to format/audience.
- •Ability to work in fast cycles: idea → preparation → launch → metrics → iteration.
- •Independence: can take a task from scratch and bring it to completion, synchronizing with the team and contractors as needed.
Preferred
- •Experience in digital marketing (content, community, performance/paid, PR, email/CRM, any mechanics that enhance launches).
- •Experience working with influencers/partnerships: negotiations, agreements, integration control.
