What you'll do
- •Analyze competitors and evaluate their strategies;
- •Create a comprehensive marketing strategy to support and develop the Gorynych restaurant franchise network;
- •Define goals and KPIs to assess the success of marketing initiatives;
- •Develop and maintain brand standards for franchisees;
- •Ensure brand consistency across various channels and sales points;
- •Provide marketing materials and tools for franchisees. Monitor their execution;
- •Plan and implement advertising campaigns at local and federal levels;
- •Utilize various promotion channels, such as online advertising, social media, PR, and offline events;
- •Represent the brand at specialized exhibitions and events for franchisees and consumers;
- •Prepare presentations for the team and management;
- •Interact with other departments in the Alliance and in the franchise department to ensure consistency of all business processes;
- •Participate in planning and implementing cross-functional projects.
Conditions
