Description
What you'll do
- β’Coordinate with key partners, influencers, and agencies for campaigns
- β’Manage onboarding, communication, and execution of partnerships
- β’Track deliverables and assist in campaign execution
- β’Track and manage commissions, invoices, and payouts for partners and agencies
- β’Coordinate with internal finance teams for payment processing and GST compliance
- β’Ensure timely follow-ups on pending invoices and payments
- β’Maintain proper documentation and records for all transactions
- β’Support execution of marketing campaigns across channels
- β’Work closely with marketing and growth teams to ensure smooth operations
- β’Track performance and maintain reports for campaigns and partnerships
- β’Act as the bridge between marketing, finance, and external partners
- β’Proactively follow up to close loops β especially on payments, deliverables, and contracts
- β’Handle multiple stakeholders and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Conditions
- β’Experience working with marketing agencies or partners
- β’Good to have exposure to fintech, trading, or crypto/Web3 ecosystem
- β’Experience in vendor management or partnerships
- β’Familiarity with tools like Notion, HubSpot, or CRM systems
Requirements
- β’Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field
- β’1β3 years of experience in influencer marketing, agency, startup operations, or marketing ops
- β’Strong understanding of invoicing, commissions, and basic GST processes
- β’Excellent communication and coordination skills
- β’Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- β’Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
- β’Strong ownership mindset and ability to follow through relentlessly
