Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to develop and implement a strategy for promoting our art outsourcing services, focusing on lead generation in the B2B segment. We are a specialized outsourcing studio that creates graphics for games: from concept art and 2D/3D content to animation and VFX. We work with growing indie teams, providing them with turnkey art production or enhancing their internal teams with specialized artists.

• •Develop and implement a promotion strategy for the studio's services (outsourcing art production, enhancing teams with artists, full cycle graphics for games) focusing on lead generation in the B2B segment.
• •Package portfolio, cases, art styles, and pipelines into market-demand formats that sell the team's expertise.
• •Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams: content & PR, digital — to achieve common goals for attracting new studio clients.
• •Maximize the use of digital channels (content marketing, email nurturing, webinars on art production, seeding in relevant game dev communities) to generate targeted leads.
• •Test marketing hypotheses for attracting clients from the game dev industry, testing new tools and formats for promoting art outsourcing services.
• •Analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities based on clear metrics (CPL, CAC, conversion to qualified meetings, etc.).
• •Influence the marketing strategy, form and defend an activity plan synchronized with the studio's business goals.
