Marketing Specialist in E-commerce Startup

Join a new e-commerce startup focused on selling intimate products aimed at enhancing sexual health and relationships. Seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive sales and optimize marketing strategies. A new project in the Russian market for online sales of intimate products aimed at improving the quality of intimate life, sexual health, and longevity of intimate relationships. The important mission is to educate beginners and those aged 45+. Promotion of only certified and 'harmless' products.

• •Constant monitoring of products, working with doctors, suppliers, and opinion leaders. Stay informed.
• •Customer portraits: analysis of profitable/unprofitable, continuous optimization and contact with customers.
• •Development of sales bundles. Control of effectiveness, optimization, control of all stages.
• •Work on the effectiveness of sales channels (social networks, website,...), statistics, tweaking algorithms.
• •Search for new formats.
• •Budget optimization. Working with contractors on our resources (website, chats, pages).
• •Content: working with bloggers, doctors, contractors… packaging content, finding simple and effective schemes.
• •Year-round sales calendar.
