Marketing Specialist (Funnels and Traffic)

Join AI Influencer Lab as a Marketing Specialist to help clients effectively use AI influencers for traffic and sales. Full-time remote position with a salary of $1500–$2000/month plus bonuses. We are ICG agency — creating and developing our AI influencers in the format of talking heads across various niches and geographies. We grow accounts to millions of reach. We are looking for a marketer who will teach clients how to properly use our influencers and turn these reaches into traffic and sales.

• •Help clients effectively use our AI influencers by natively integrating products into the content of the talking head.
• •Build funnels for each client: reach → transition → registration → purchase.
• •Accumulate understanding of how to generate and utilize traffic from millions of reach — which combinations, formats, and CTAs work in different niches and geographies.
• •Collect client strategy (goals, offer, KPIs) and validate it before starting.
• •Create and test creatives/integrations based on metrics, not just 'how it turns out'.
• •Guide producers: you come up with the funnel mechanics, they execute.
• •Calculate the unit economics of the integration: LTV, required number of registrations/purchases, cost per target action.
• •Tie KPIs to traffic and conversions (transitions, CTR, registrations), not to views.
