## What you'll do

• •Develop systematic processes and work collaboratively within the team.
• •Focus on growth and scaling with an emphasis on quality.
• •Quickly adapt to algorithm changes and work effectively during challenges.
• •Provide current cases, screenshots, and proof of results from the last 3 months.

• •Experience in the investment vertical.
• •Clear understanding of FB/TT algorithms and moderation in gray verticals.
• •Experience with Tier 1-3, large budgets, and scaling without quality loss.
• •Experience managing budgets from $1000 daily, focusing on quality over quantity.
• •Ability to listen and respond to feedback.
