Description
Responsibilities
- •Provide strategic legal advice for Anchorage Digital’s OTC principal trading entity.
- •Guide spot, margin, derivatives, and API trading activities.
- •Draft and review compliance manuals, policies, procedures, disclosures, and risk factors related to trading and lending activities.
- •Review, draft, and negotiate trading, lending, and derivative contracts, including USDAs, Master Lending Agreements, Master Purchase and Sale Agreements, and Prime Brokerage agreements.
