Methodologist / Educational Program Designer

Universal University is looking for an Educational Program Designer to develop and improve programs in digital design and marketing. Universal University is seeking a designer for educational programs in digital design and business and marketing.

• •Collaborate with industry experts to design new and improve existing educational programs
• •Formulate educational tasks and outcomes
• •Plan and adjust students' educational experience
• •Monitor cognitive load and student engagement
• •Select industry experts for teaching programs
• •Assist teachers in developing lesson scenarios, formulating assignments (including for intermediate and final assessments) and evaluation criteria
• •Develop methodological materials for classes
• •Regularly update necessary documentation for programs
• •Plan students' project work based on real briefs from clients
• •Ensure the educational environment helps students achieve planned educational outcomes
• •Conduct research as part of the product team
• •Formulate competency maps for program graduates
