What you'll do
- •Develop and maintain the affiliate network of webmasters.
- •Manage current partners, build long-term relationships, and increase traffic volumes.
- •Conduct onboarding for new partners.
- •Develop partners through upselling and regular communication.
- •Analyze partner effectiveness and collaboratively identify growth points.
- •Interact with Media Buying, Sales, and Commercial teams to resolve operational issues.
- •Participate in relevant international conferences and develop professional connections as needed.
Conditions
- •Fully remote work format.

- •Working hours: 10:00–19:00 (MSK).
