Overview

We are looking for a Middle Python Developer with experience in Telegram bots and AI agents. The position is hybrid, requiring office presence once a week in Moscow.

Requirements

•Confident in Python 3.10+ and asynchronous programming: asyncio, aiohttp or FastAPI.
•Experience in developing Telegram bots (aiogram / python-telegram-bot / Bot API): webhooks, FSM, inline keyboards.
•SQL (PostgreSQL or SQLite) and Redis: schemas, migrations, caching.
•Docker and basic Linux: comfortable with the console, able to read logs.
•Experience integrating external APIs: retries, rate limits, error handling.
•Bonus: Experience with LLM API (Claude / OpenAI / Gemini): prompts, tool use, streaming.
•Familiarity with MCP, Claude Agent SDK / Claude Code.
•Basic DevOps: Nginx, systemd, Prometheus.
•Pet projects with bots or agents.
