What you'll do
- •Launch and develop CRM communications for casino players;
- •Set up and support communication chains in Customer.io;
- •User segmentation and launch lifecycle scenarios;
- •Launch welcome, retention, and reactivation campaigns;
- •Work with communication channels: Email / SMS / Push / In-App / Telegram;
- •Set up trigger and mass mailings;
- •Conduct A/B tests and implement retention hypotheses;
- •Analyze CRM campaign results and prepare proposals for improving retention metrics;
- •Work with bonus mechanics together with the product team;
- •Interact with affiliate and support teams.
