Seeking a Middle+ / Senior AI / LLM Engineer with 3-6 years of experience in Python, production ML/GenAI solutions, and high-load services.

Requirements

- β’Proficient in Python.
- β’Experience with production ML/GenAI solutions.
- β’Experience in developing high-load services.
- β’Practical experience with LLM API and understanding trade-offs.
- β’Experience in model quality evaluation.
- β’Experience in building evaluation pipelines and benchmarks.
- β’Familiarity with tools: DeepEval, LangFuse, MLflow, LangSmith.
- β’Understanding of LLM and agent-based systems.
- β’Knowledge of LangChain/LangGraph or equivalents.
- β’Approaches: function calling, structured output, context engineering.
- β’Experience with FastAPI, asyncio, API design.
- β’Vector databases: Milvus, Qdrant, FAISS, pgvector.
- β’Java knowledge is a plus.
- β’Understanding of LLM architectures and training.
- β’Experience with open-source models.
