Middle+ / Senior AI / LLM Engineer

Seeking a Middle+ / Senior AI / LLM Engineer with 3-6 years of experience in Python, production ML/GenAI solutions, and high-load services.

Remote position for candidates in Russia or Belarus.

• •Experience with production ML/GenAI solutions.
• •Experience in developing high-load services.
• •Practical experience with LLM API and understanding trade-offs.
• •Experience in model quality evaluation.
• •Experience in building evaluation pipelines and benchmarks.
• •Familiarity with tools: DeepEval, LangFuse, MLflow, LangSmith.
• •Understanding of LLM and agent-based systems.
• •Knowledge of LangChain/LangGraph or equivalents.
• •Approaches: function calling, structured output, context engineering.
• •Experience with FastAPI, asyncio, API design.
• •Vector databases: Milvus, Qdrant, FAISS, pgvector.
• •Java knowledge is a plus.
• •Understanding of LLM architectures and training.
• •Experience with open-source models.
