Description
What you'll do
- •Develop and validate hypotheses using CJM, JTBD, prototyping, and A/B testing.
- •Manage key funnels: FTD, c2r, r2d; work on retention, cohort analysis, and bonus economy.
- •Coordinate cross-functional teams (development, analytics, design, marketing, CRM).
- •Control timelines and budget using EVM approaches.
- •Adapt product for different GEOs considering regulations, payment habits, and local specifics.
- •Integrate with PSP and external providers, ensuring payment stability and UX flows.
- •Develop CRM communications, segmentation, trigger chains, and work with LTV/CAC.
Requirements
- •Proficiency in SQL queries, ClickHouse, and basic Python for analytics and report automation.
- •Dashboard creation and maintenance using Tableau, GA4, Amplitude, Yandex.Metrica, Hotjar.
- •Implement AI tools for personalization, forecasting, and communication optimization.
- •Process management and coordination: backlog management, prioritization, sprint planning in JIRA/Confluence.
- •Work according to Agile (Scrum/Kanban), participate in demos, retrospectives, and quarterly planning.
