Middle / Senior UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a Middle/Senior UX/UI Designer with experience in fintech.

The role is remote, requiring strong skills in Figma and design patterns.

• •At least 2 years of experience in the position.
• •High proficiency in Figma and its internal functions (auto layout, variables, component creation).
• •Excellent knowledge of Ant Design patterns and component base.
• •Systematic and critical thinking: ability to design complex scenarios with multiple conditions.
• •Skill in building CJM and User Flow for enterprise solutions.
• •Experience conducting research and interviewing specialized audiences.
• •Product-oriented approach to problem-solving and validating solutions through research.
• •Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and principles of component web development (React).
• •Ability to communicate effectively with frontend developers.
• •Knowledge of web layout guidelines and rules.
• •Ability to provide feedback in design meetings.
• •Ability to present tasks and convey business requirements to development.
• •Experience designing fintech products, budgeting systems, IFRS, or corporate business analytics platforms.
• •Experience with complex high-load systems and microservice architecture.
• •Familiarity with product metrics and analytics systems in the B2B segment.
