With our help, over 1000 clients have received offers in foreign currency with remote work and relocation.
What you'll do
- •Develop social media strategies in collaboration with the manager: trend-watch viral mechanics, plan content, regularly post in our tone of voice, gather analytics and evaluate results.
- •Work extensively with market and analytics — understand the career landscape in IT and Digital, gather new materials, pain points, trends.
- •Set goals based on key social media metrics (reach, subscribers, leads, revenue) and achieve them.
- •Collect and test new hypotheses: from new formats and visuals to CTA options and hooks.
- •Design and create content funnels (lead magnets, warming chains in bots, mini-products, etc.).
- •Distribute lead magnets through viral posts (LinkedIn mechanics) and engage with social media audiences (respond to comments, pass leads to the sales team).
