Motion Designer / Creative Designer

Seeking a Motion Designer for an arbitration team working with PWA and schematic traffic.

Create converting video creatives and adapt them for different GEOs.

We are an arbitration team working with PWA and schematic traffic, expanding and looking for a strong designer who can create converting video creatives.

## What you'll do

• •Create video creatives (UGC, IRL, fakes, reels, etc.)
• •Search for current approaches through SPY services
• •Adapt and customize creatives for different GEOs
• •Test new ideas and hypotheses

## Conditions

• •Remote/Office at will
• •5/2 schedule
• •Salary: $800-1200 (negotiable based on skills)
• •Opportunity for growth within the team

• •Experience with PWA/gambling creatives for over 1 year
• •Proficient in After Effects, Photoshop/Figma
• •Understanding of CTR and how design affects metrics
• •Ability to work with neural networks (deepfake, AI tools)
• •Awareness and understanding of trends in arbitration
