Responsibilities
- •Monitoring our production environment
- •Handling incidents
- •Answering tickets escalated by our Tier1 / Tier2 support
- •Troubleshooting different technical issues
- •Working closely with our DevOps and Tier3 teams
Requirements
- •Studying towards a degree in a technological field (1st year or 2nd year student with at least 1.5 years remaining)
- •Availability to work 3 shifts or more per week including nights and weekends
- •Strong technical and analytical skills
- •Fast learner
- •High sense of responsibility and service-oriented
- •Good written communication skills (English and Hebrew)
Advantage
- •Knowledge of SQL
- •Knowledge of Linux environments
- •Knowledge of networks and basic understanding of communication protocols
