Responsibilities
- •Create banners, product cards, and visual content for all digital channels: marketplaces (Ozon, Wildberries), website, social media, email newsletters.
- •Generate visual concepts using AI tools.
- •Write prompts that yield controlled results, not random generation.
- •Select, refine, and finalize AI visuals in Figma.
- •Work with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Edits for video creative assembly.
- •Adapt visuals for different platform formats and marketplace requirements.
- •Work with the product: convey advantages and meanings through visuals.
- •Participate in testing visual hypotheses and improving current cards.
- •Conduct visual analysis of cards and competitors to propose solutions for increasing CTR and conversion.

Requirements
- •2+ years of experience as a Neuro Creator.
- •Proficient in Figma, CapCut, and AI tools for generating photos and videos.
- •Ability to write precise prompts tailored to product, style, format, and results.
- •Skill in selecting and refining generations: removing artifacts, correcting errors, checking product logic.
- •Design background: sense of composition, color, typography, and hierarchy, and ability to see when something is off.
- •Create commercially effective visual creatives, not just beautiful images.
- •Portfolio with examples of AI photo and video creatives.
- •High speed without compromising quality.
- •Experience in graphic or digital design is a plus.
