Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day studio operations.
  • •Act as the primary contact for external maintenance vendors (cleaning, pest control, facility repairs, etc).
  • •Handle international logistics and incoming shipments.
  • •Maintain inventory for employee common areas and office supplies.
  • •Open and track purchase orders.
  • •Consolidate and monitor departmental spending to support budget oversight.
  • •Coordinate ordering for uniforms and operational essentials.
  • •Partner with local HR to plan and host team engagement activities.
  • •Maintain clear communication with employees, management, and vendors.
  • •Provide on-site administrative support across back-of-house and monitored live-stream studio environments.
  • •Create and maintain non-confidential operational records.
  • •Disseminate policy updates.
  • •Assist with special projects.
  • •Uphold smooth studio operations.
  • •25% local travel required.

Conditions

  • •Salary: $55,000.00 - $58,000.00/yr
  • •Vacation Days: 10 days
  • •Sick Time: 5 days
  • •10 Holidays pay

Requirements

  • •Must be able to successfully obtain and maintain a valid Michigan Gaming License.
  • •High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • •Proven experience in office coordination, administrative support, or facility assistant role.
  • •Experience within a corporate or fast-paced studio environment is a plus.
  • •Basic computer proficiency, including standard MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and electronic mail.
  • •Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
  • •High accuracy, strong decision-making capabilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Ability to operate standard office equipment (printers, copiers, multi-line phones).
  • •Ability to work in an office-based environment within a live-streaming facility during standard office hours.
  • •Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including holidays, weekends, or overtime as dictated by studio operational needs.
  • •Visual capacity for using computer equipment, reading manuals, and performing detailed work.
  • •Ability to navigate and work within diverse environments, including monitored live streaming studio floors and back-of-the-house areas.
  • •25% local travel required.
