What you'll do
- •Lead and support the implementation of key business process initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- •Participate in process mapping, data collection, and analysis to assist in defining business process taxonomy and tracking KPIs
- •Analyze operational data to identify specific opportunities for cost-cutting and efficiency improvements
- •Assess costs and benefits of transformational and cost cutting initiatives
- •Execute efficiency initiatives and track results
- •Form and analyze performance dashboards
- •Collaborate with IT and Holding company stakeholders to document requirements and test solutions for business process automation
- •Facilitate workshops and support the adoption of continuous improvement practices within various company departments.
