Description
What you'll do
- •Provide full support to Galaxy Digital’s trading and investment operations
- •Work in a fast‐paced trading environment with daily interaction across multiple business units (Trading, Operations, Finance, Engineering)
- •Manage all aspects of OTC trade capture, reporting, and settlement
- •Ensure operational processes are fully documented, tested and adequately supported
- •Identify operational control gaps and suggest process improvements
- •Respond to inquiries from counterparties, custodians and brokers
- •Daily trade, position and cash reconciliations
- •Embrace and champion the thoughtful adoption of AI to improve team performance and business outcomes.
- •Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation platforms, data copilots) to improve productivity, decision-making, and output quality in your day-to-day work.

Requirements
- •1-2 years of experience in Operations with products, systems and technology
- •Quick learner, hardworking, results driven, responsible; an outgoing individual with a strong work ethic
- •Self-motivated and proactive with the proven ability to work accurately and under pressure to meet deadlines
- •Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate within a team environment and interact across departments
- •An interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology
