## What you'll do
- •Monitor and improve card program key metric rates
- •Support card growth initiatives and marketing
- •Investigate and resolve operational issues
- •Manage chargeback lifecycle and maintain acceptable chargeback ratio
- •Perform reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
- •Manage onboarding workflows for new merchants
- •Conduct data analysis to support growth
- •Build and maintain operational reporting templates

Requirements
- •Minimum 3 years of experience in payments, fintech, or banking operations
- •Hands-on experience with card products preferred
- •Familiarity with chargeback/dispute resolution processes
- •Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- •High accountability and attention to detail
