## What you'll do
- •Support daily brokerage operations including trade monitoring, settlement, and operational workflows
- •Assist in performing reconciliations between internal systems and external partners
- •Investigate and help resolve operational discrepancies or trade exceptions
- •Support account operations including onboarding checks, funding workflows, and operational requests
- •Assist with corporate actions, dividends, and other lifecycle events affecting customer accounts
- •Work with internal teams to escalate and resolve operational issues impacting customers
- •Help document operational procedures and contribute to improving operational processes
- •Support operational readiness for new product launches and platform updates

Requirements
- •0–2 years of experience in financial services, brokerage operations, fintech, or a related field
- •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline
- •Strong attention to detail and ability to work with operational data accurately
- •Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Strong communication and collaboration skills
- •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
