Description
What you'll do
- •Monitor daily payment operations including deposits, withdrawals, and funding workflows
- •Perform reconciliations between internal systems, banking partners, and payment providers
- •Investigate and help resolve payment exceptions and operational discrepancies
- •Support operational workflows related to payment processing and settlement
- •Work with internal teams to resolve payment-related customer issues
- •Assist in maintaining documentation for payment operations procedures
- •Help improve operational efficiency by identifying process improvements
- •Support operational readiness for new payment methods and partners

Requirements
