Operations Associate - Payment Service Provider (PSP)

Join Alpaca as an Operations Associate to support payment operations in a dynamic fintech environment.

Based in GIFT City, you'll monitor payment workflows and assist with reconciliations.

## What you'll do

• •Monitor daily payment operations including deposits, withdrawals, and funding workflows
• •Perform reconciliations between internal systems, banking partners, and payment providers
• •Investigate and help resolve payment exceptions and operational discrepancies
• •Support operational workflows related to payment processing and settlement
• •Work with internal teams to resolve payment-related customer issues
• •Assist in maintaining documentation for payment operations procedures
• •Help improve operational efficiency by identifying process improvements
• •Support operational readiness for new payment methods and partners

• •0–2 years of experience in payments operations, financial operations, or fintech
• •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Commerce
