Responsibilities
- •Own the oversight and management of operational functions within CB Bermuda and outsourced to intragroup or third-party entities.
- •Build and maintain supervision frameworks across critical business areas of Coinbase Bermuda.
- •Lead the establishment of operational resilience frameworks.
- •Partner with internal and external stakeholders to project-manage critical operations and risk initiatives.
- •Support first line of defense operations across key areas.

Requirements
- •5+ years of experience in financial services with demonstrated oversight of operations strategy.

- •Prior experience navigating a BMA-regulated industry.
