What you’ll do
- •Analyze key product and financial metrics across projects on a daily basis
- •Identify anomalies, risks, and growth opportunities before they impact the business
- •Conduct initial root-cause analysis together with analysts and internal teams
- •Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve operational incidents and business issues efficiently

- •Translate business needs into actionable internal tasks and oversee their execution
- •Initiate process improvements and scale successful practices across multiple projects
- •Maintain operational documentation, processes, and workflows in Confluence
- •Support operational planning and execution across ongoing initiatives

Requirements
Required Experience
- •Experience in iGaming in Operations, Project Management, or Account Management roles
- •Strong understanding of product and financial metrics
- •Ability to analyze data and identify root causes of deviations
- •Experience identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies in operational processes
- •Ability to propose and implement operational process improvements
- •Experience working with Jira and Confluence
- •High level of ownership and proactivity
- •Strong communication and coordination skills
