Operations Manager – Senior

SOFTSWISS is looking for a Senior Operations Manager to coordinate cross-functional business processes and ensure effective collaboration across multiple teams in the iGaming industry. SOFTSWISS is hiring an Operations Manager to coordinate cross-functional business processes across multiple functions and projects. In this role, you will connect business and shared functions, manage dependencies, support cross-functional project readiness, and ensure clear ownership of priorities and action points across teams.

• •Maintain and support the operating model together with the Head of Project Operations.
• •Coordinate collaboration between Product, Platform, Payments, Risk, Compliance, Support, Commercial, and other functions.
• •Manage cross-functional dependencies, action points, deadlines, and ownership.
• •Track readiness and progress across functions involved in key business initiatives.
• •Coordinate cross-functional teams throughout key project stages.
• •Identify blockers, unresolved risks, and capacity gaps and escalate them when required.
• •Drive critical issues and escalations through to resolution.
• •Maintain SOPs, checklists, and other key process documentation.
• •Ensure that critical tasks have a clear owner, deadline, and expected outcome.
• •Collect key updates and KPIs from functional leads.
• •Maintain consolidated visibility over open issues, risks, dependencies, and decisions required from management.
• •Provide management with a clear view of project status and progress.
• •Work closely with the Head of Project Operations and other senior stakeholders on priorities and cross-functional roadmaps.
