Operations Senior Associate

• •Own daily business operations for CBIE across all lines of business, managing consistent performance against targets and surfacing risks or gaps to leadership.
• •Drive improvements to operational and regulatory reporting by streamlining data sets, building dashboards, and producing actionable insights using SQL, Snowflake, and Looker.
• •Develop and execute local operational and outsourcing processes, procedures, and reporting to meet regulatory requirements, including day-to-day management of the outsourcing risk management framework.
• •Partner with functional owners, central teams, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with the outsourcing framework and effective management of third-party risk.
• •Lead discrete cross-functional initiatives and ad hoc projects spanning operations, growth, strategy, and regulatory priorities.
• •Support regulatory and product operations activities for CBIE, including preparation of materials for internal and external regulatory meetings.

• •Target annual base salary range: €111,500 — €111,500 EUR.
• •Total compensation may also include equity and bonus eligibility and benefits (including medical, dental, and vision).
