What you'll do
- •Follow up on operational incidents
- •Manage attendance, punctuality, absenteeism, shift changes, and behavioral issues
- •Identify turnover risks
- •Analyze attendance behaviors, trends, and indicators
- •Provide coaching and support to agents
- •Drive initiatives to improve workplace climate
- •Collaborate with key areas such as HR and Supervisors
- •Manage individual follow-up cases
- •Participate in improvement projects
Conditions
- •Base salary of $15,000 to $18,000 MXN monthly (based on experience)
- •Monthly bonus of up to $8,000
