Operator in Exchange

We are looking for an Operator in an exchange to handle customer inquiries and transactions. Experience is preferred but not required. Join our dynamic fintech team remotely.

• •Work with customer inquiries regarding fund exchanges — accept and process requests
• •Monitor the correct execution of each transaction, double-check details
• •Manage requests through the exchange's admin panel
• •Record all transaction data and maintain internal records
• •Maintain a high service standard in every dialogue
• •Find quick and correct solutions to any non-standard situations, acting in the client's interest

• •Work in a dynamic fintech team on a fully remote basis
• •Shift schedule, 3/3 for 12 hours

• •Experience in a similar position or field is preferred (candidates without experience will be considered)

• •Basic understanding of cryptocurrencies (difference between transfer networks: TRC20, BEP20, ERC20, etc.) — training will be provided
