Operator / Lead Generator (B2B / FinTech)

Join a dynamic financial consulting company as an Operator / Lead Generator. Focus on qualifying leads and managing client interactions in a remote role. We are a dynamic company in the field of financial consulting. Our task is to help businesses optimize finances and build effective work with receivables.

• •Active manual calling of the client base (cold and warm contacts);
• •Qualification of clients: identifying needs and making decisions about further work;
• •Reaching decision-makers (owners, directors, chief accountants) through secretaries and switchboards;
• •Maintaining detailed reports in the CRM system (Bitrix24);
• •Strict adherence to regulations for working with IP telephony and sales scripts;
• •Meeting planned indicators for the number of calls (norm — from 200 contacts per day).

• •Format: Full remote work (stable internet and headset required);
• •Schedule: 5/2, from 09:00 to 18:00 Moscow time;
• •Salary: Fixed salary + bonus for achieving the plan for quality contacts (discussed individually with the successful candidate);
• •Stability: Regular payments, transparent motivation system, and mentoring during the adaptation period.

• •Experience working as a call center operator for at least 1 year;
• •Ability to quickly process large volumes of information (databases, Excel spreadsheets);
• •Skill in confident communication and reaching decision-makers (knowledge of techniques to bypass secretaries);
• •Computer literacy: confident user of CRM (preferably Bitrix24), working with spreadsheets, IP telephony;
• •Clear oral speech, stress resistance, focus on achieving KPIs.
