Opti Team Leader / EPM Architect

Growing pharmaceutical company seeking a strong leader for data engineering direction development. A rapidly growing Russian pharmaceutical company is building a scalable platform for collecting, processing, and storing large volumes of data. Due to active growth, they are looking for a strong leader to take on the development of the data engineering direction.

• •Leading a team of Optimacros model developers: task setting, deadline control, mentoring, conducting 1-to-1s, performance reviews.
• •Developing and maintaining multidimensional financial and operational models (BDR, BDS, Plan-Fact, S&OP, IBP) on the Optimacros platform.
• •Designing the architecture for integrating models with internal systems (ERP, DWH, treasury) via REST/SOAP API, ETL processes, and scripts.
• •Collecting and formalizing requirements from the finance department and top management, defending architectural solutions before stakeholders.
• •Building a knowledge base, best modeling practices, and development standards within the team.
• •Cascading goals and consolidated planning at any level of detail.
