What you'll do
- •Own the end-to-end onboarding experience.

Conditions
- •Salary range: $166,000 - $193,000.

Requirements
- •4+ years of experience in onboarding, employee experience, HR operations, or people programs.
- •Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end onboarding or lifecycle processes.
- •Strong cross-functional partnership experience.
- •HRIS & ATS experience required; Workday and Greenhouse preferred.
- •Proven ability to build and manage structured, scalable processes.
- •Exceptional project management skills.
- •Strong operational rigor and attention to detail.
- •Analytical mindset with experience leveraging feedback and data.
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- •Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
