What you'll do

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding experience.

Conditions

  • Salary range: $166,000 - $193,000.
  • Eligible for a16z carry program and various discretionary bonus programs.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in onboarding, employee experience, HR operations, or people programs.
  • Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end onboarding or lifecycle processes.
  • Strong cross-functional partnership experience.
  • HRIS & ATS experience required; Workday and Greenhouse preferred.
  • Proven ability to build and manage structured, scalable processes.
  • Exceptional project management skills.
  • Strong operational rigor and attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with experience leveraging feedback and data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
