## What you'll do

  • Coordinate and oversee the outsourced preparation of U.S. federal, state, local, and foreign income tax filings and investor reporting for our funds.
  • Provide tax support to deal teams regarding appropriate structuring for investments, operations, and exits.
  • Respond to investor inquiries.
  • Handle tax controversy matters for the funds and associated legal entities.
  • Conduct ad hoc tax research.

## Conditions

  • The anticipated salary range for this role is between $179,000 - $209,000, actual starting pay may vary based on a range of factors which can include experience, skills, and scope.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or comparable degree.
  • Advanced skills and experience with the U.S. federal income taxation of partnerships, particularly in the asset management industry.
  • Detailed understanding of U.S. multi-state and foreign filing requirements and reporting obligations for private investment funds.
  • CPA/MS Tax/JD strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 6+ years experience, in public accounting, a comparable industry role, or a combination of both.
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail, follow up and follow through on items.
  • Strong communication skills, and highly collaborative–able to work well across teams.
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), GSuite, Adobe Acrobat.
  • Low ego, high empathy, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
