## What you'll do
- •Coordinate and oversee the outsourced preparation of U.S. federal, state, local, and foreign income tax filings and investor reporting for our funds.
- •Provide tax support to deal teams regarding appropriate structuring for investments, operations, and exits.
- •Respond to investor inquiries.
- •Handle tax controversy matters for the funds and associated legal entities.
- •Conduct ad hoc tax research.
## Conditions
- •The anticipated salary range for this role is between $179,000 - $209,000, actual starting pay may vary based on a range of factors which can include experience, skills, and scope.
Requirements
- •BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or comparable degree.
- •Advanced skills and experience with the U.S. federal income taxation of partnerships, particularly in the asset management industry.
- •Detailed understanding of U.S. multi-state and foreign filing requirements and reporting obligations for private investment funds.
- •CPA/MS Tax/JD strongly preferred.
- •Minimum 6+ years experience, in public accounting, a comparable industry role, or a combination of both.
- •Highly organized, with strong attention to detail, follow up and follow through on items.
- •Strong communication skills, and highly collaborative–able to work well across teams.
- •Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), GSuite, Adobe Acrobat.
- •Low ego, high empathy, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
