What You Will Be Doing
- β’Lead end-to-end procurement processes for both new and existing Data and Technology partners globally.
- β’Coordinate initial reviews of legal documentation (NDAs, DPAs, MSAs) and manage smooth, timely communication with internal Legal and Data Protection teams.
- β’Drive commercial negotiations and agreement renewals to secure optimal pricing, SLAs, and contract terms.
- β’Act as the primary operational bridge between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring frictionless onboarding and alignment.
- β’Own and maintain a centralized repository of all partner-related legal, compliance, and commercial documents, keeping everything organized and up to date.

About You
- β’Proven professional experience in procurement, vendor relationship management, or commercial operations within a fast-paced B2B tech environment.
- β’Strong commercial mindset with a track record of handling negotiations, optimizing costs, and evaluating vendor offerings.
- β’Excellent legal literacy β you understand contract structures, know what to look for in service agreements, and can efficiently translate business needs into legal requirements.
- β’Fluency in English (C2 level) with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- β’High level of independence and proactiveness β you are comfortable taking full ownership of processes and driving them to the finish line.
- β’Sharp attention to detail when working with complex documentation and multiple parallel workflows.
Nice to have
- β’Prior procurement or vendor coordination experience specifically within the Fintech, RegTech, or Identity Verification industries.
- β’Experience working from the "buyerβs side" β evaluating and onboarding external infrastructure, software, or data providers.
