## What you'll do

• •Support Know Your Business (KYB) processes.
• •Maintain and develop relationships with partners.
• •Implement strategies based on partner feedback.
• •Work with internal teams for resolutions and recommendations.
• •Handle customer concerns professionally.
• •Perform related duties and tasks.
• •Take on ad-hoc projects.
