Responsibilities

  • Agree on connection terms, rates, and routing with merchants;
  • Monitor compliance with agreements from partners;
  • Develop cooperation with merchants, providers, and traders;
  • Seek new partners to grow the company's turnover and profit;
  • Support the launch of integrations with new payment providers and P2P channels;
  • Work with payment platform settings: payment methods, routes, and configurations;
  • Analyze conversion rates, approve rates, and transaction volumes;
  • Identify anomalies and participate in incident investigations;
  • Address cases related to conversion drops, refusals, fraud, and partner failures;
  • Research new payment methods and promising geographies;
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and negotiations.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in the payment industry;

  • Ability to analyze metrics and identify root causes of issues;
  • Skills in developing partnerships and managing commercial terms;
  • English language proficiency at least B2 level;
  • Residence outside of Russia.
