Description
What you'll do
As a Payment Operations Specialist, you will:
- •Train and hire agents for payment processing
- •Handle scam payments to recover deposits
- •Monitor payment methods in key GEOs
- •Analyze competitors' payment methods and fraud barriers
- •Find merchants, processors, and aggregators
- •Analyze payment solutions in new countries
- •Conduct test transactions and document results
- •Prepare analytical reports
- •Collaborate closely with product, risk, and integration teams

Requirements
We are looking for candidates with:
- •Experience in fintech, payment aggregators, PSP, iGaming, or related high-risk verticals
- •Understanding of banking and non-banking payment methods
- •Skills in testing payment flows
- •Knowledge of key GEOs and their restrictions
- •Ability to work with spreadsheets and data parsing
- •Skills in process creation from scratch
