Payroll Manager

We are looking for a Payroll Manager to join our international team in Limassol, Cyprus. The role involves managing payroll processes and transitioning payroll in-house.

• •Manage and coordinate payroll processes for employees and contractors
• •Work with local payroll providers
• •Prepare and verify payroll files, statements, and calculations
• •Check the accuracy of amounts, bonuses, invoices, and payroll-related payments
• •Support processes for B2B contractors
• •Interact with treasury, finance, and other internal teams
• •Control payroll cycle deadlines and mandatory payments
• •Participate in the development of the payroll process in Cyprus and its gradual transition in-house
• •Work with gross-to-net / net-to-gross logic
