Overview
We are looking for a PC Operator (L2) to join our team, assisting in user inquiries and participating in second-line technical support tasks.
What you'll do
- •Work with inquiries at the second line of technical support;
- •Process incoming chats at the second level of technical support and coordinate interaction with the first line;
- •Regular communication with partners from Russia and other countries.
Conditions
- •Fully remote work format;
- •Salary: 65,000 ₽ during the probation period, 75,000 ₽ after successful completion;
- •Shift schedule: 2 day shifts (12 hours each) → 2 days off → 2 day shifts → 2 days off → 2 night shifts → 2 days off → 2 night shifts → 2 days off;
- •Probation period — 3 months;
- •Training from scratch and mentor support during the adaptation phase;
- •28 calendar days of paid vacation + 4 additional Days Off from the company;
