## What you'll do

• •Act as a strategic partner for senior leadership and develop people strategy
• •Work on organizational design and team scaling
• •Lead key HR programs such as performance reviews and compensation cycles
• •Develop talent management and leadership, including coaching
• •Collaborate with COEs (L&D, C&B, Talent, People Analytics)
• •Scale global HR processes and initiatives
• •Use HR analytics for decision-making and business recommendations
