What you'll do
- •Partner with leaders and teams in Customer Success, Business Development, Marketing, and other commercial areas
- •Advise managers on performance management, employee relations, and organizational changes
- •Support initiatives in organizational development, workforce planning, and team efficiency
- •Analyze HR metrics, employee engagement, and business indicators to identify risks and opportunities
- •Manage and improve UK People Operations throughout the employee lifecycle
- •Automate processes and implement technologies to enhance employee experience and the effectiveness of the People function
- •Participate in People projects related to scaling the business and preparing the company for the next growth phase
