Description
Key Responsibilities
- β’Employee Relations support for all US based employees & managers β including grievances, disciplinaries and performance management.
- β’Horizon scanning and policy updates for US employment legislation changes.
- β’Partnering and advising the employee and managers at all levels in the US to ensure HR self-service is maximised.
- β’Responsible for local onboarding- ensuring you offer a seamless experience for all new starters.
- β’Responsible for leaver process, including off-boarding, exit interview analysis and alumni programmes.
- β’Drive HR operations efficiencies through new ways of working and adoption of technology.
- β’Facilitate employee/manager queries regarding people operations needs and benefits.
- β’Supporting the Talent acquisition team with hiring needs in the US and meeting candidates in the New York Office.
- β’Hands on Administration.
- β’Onboard new employees including issuing new starter documents, background checks, and co-ordinating the onboarding experience, in the UK and globally.
- β’Issue employee lifecycle event documentation, change letters, leavers letters etc.
- β’Process benefits change requests (Vitality healthcare cover, pensions etc).
- β’Ensure that all data is accurately updated on all People systems and relevant platforms.
- β’Support with administration across the wider People function including offering support to Employee Relations, Talent and L&D.
- β’Maintain a high-level of confidentiality in all matters relating to employee issues or employee personal data.

Requirements
Skills and Experience
**Essential**
- β’Experience working in a fast-paced People/ HR advisor role.
- β’Accurate application of employee data within systems and documents, adhering to confidentiality standards and maintaining data integrity.
- β’Understanding of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding requirements.
- β’Previous experience managing a People/HR inbox and responding to all incoming enquiries from the business, efficiently and accurately.
- β’Genuine passion and enthusiasm for creating a great employee experience.
- β’Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- β’Proven ability to operate in a flexible and pragmatic way.
- β’Able to handle confidential information sensitively.
- β’Self-starter who can identify improvement opportunities.
- β’Interest in UK employment legislation and HR processes.
