What you'll do
- •Support employees with HR programs and benefits
- •Ensure compliance in the Netherlands and monitor changes in labour laws
- •Manage employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, job changes, leaves, offboarding
- •Work with the payroll team and HR systems
- •Administer employee benefits programs
- •Implement AI, automation, and service delivery technologies
- •Participate in cross-functional projects and improve People Operations processes

Requirements
- •4+ years of experience in People Operations or People Service Delivery
- •Excellent knowledge of labour laws and regulations in the Netherlands
- •Fluent in English and Dutch
- •Experience with AI, automation, or service delivery technologies
- •Experience with Workday and systems (e.g., Jira)
- •Ability to balance operational tasks and projects
- •Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- •Experience with HSM permit extensions and visa processes is a plus
