What you'll do
- •Maintain and enhance our onboarding process to engage and inspire our new team members before day one and beyond
- •Help with coordination for team culture events and activities to foster a positive work environment
- •Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and other people systems
- •Provide administrative support for various HR processes, including benefits administration, leave management, and employee record-keeping
- •Work with the IT, Finance, and Workplace teams to ensure a seamless transition for onboarding and offboarding, communicating changes to information and updating various systems
- •Respond to employee inquiries and assist with basic HR-related questions and requests
- •Support additional People Operations processes as needed, such as recruitment administration, HR reporting, and compliance updates
